Beschreibung
Die gebrΓ€uchlichste Liste von Navigationssternen wird seit dem Jahr 1802 im Navigations-Handbuch American Practical Navigator von Nathaniel Bowditch verΓΆffentlicht. AuΓerdem sind Navigationssterne in den meisten nautischen Almanachen und astronomischen JahrbΓΌchern aufgefΓΌhrt.
Die Sterne sind gemÀà Konvention von Westen nach Osten nummeriert, d. h., mit abnehmendem Sternwinkel. Die Anzahl der Navigationssterne variiert in den unterschiedlichen Handbüchern zwischen ca. 50 und 200.
